Our Story

History

Apr 2021

Founded as Matiji General Enterprises

Our story began with the registration of Matiji General Enterprises in Nigeria. Founded by Mujeeb Adeniji and Oguntoye Samuel, the company was established as a commodity trading business — sourcing and supplying agricultural produce to corporate buyers and businesses across Nigeria.

2021 — 2025

Building a Trusted Domestic Trading Business

Over several years of active operations, Matiji General Enterprises grew into a credible domestic trading company. We built a reliable supplier network, developed strong client relationships with Nigerian businesses, and refined our expertise in commodity sourcing, trade logistics, and quality assurance.

Mar 2026

TrybeX Group — UK Incorporation

With a proven domestic track record in place, the founders took the strategic decision to scale internationally. On 27 March 2026, TrybeX Group Limited was incorporated in the United Kingdom — purpose-built to bring African commodities to global markets and serve buyers across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.

2026 — Present

Going Global

Backed by years of operational experience and an established supplier network, TrybeX is now actively developing international trade partnerships — connecting African agricultural produce and goods to buyers worldwide with the professionalism and reliability that defined Matiji from day one.
